This blog follows my journey as I quit topical steroids for my eczema. I will chart my observations during the weeks that follow.

ITSAN Makes The News
Check out this latest story in the Daily Mail where a brave young lady going through TSW shares her experiences and also mentions ITSAN!
I managed to go to the park yesterday and get some sun, which has helped, but my skin is still in mild flare mode and prone to oozing and wetness at night.
The skin is wet at night and then dries to a peeling, papery scale, which sheds off too early and leads to more wet skin underneath and the cycle repeats.
Frustrating is the word. However, it's not having too much impact on my life and I've been able to go out with friends and enjoy myself this week.

I'm seeing some progress, albeit very slow.

How are you?
Will the sun be out soon Louise? It's slowly getting colder here in Australia!
also the title of the article made me roll my eyes but publicity is publicity I suppose.
Sun's out! Expect good things!
Thank goodness I'm not alone in this and other people are getting to know about the problem...thought it was just me
