Hi Louise, just thought I'd check in to see how you were getting on and saw you'd deleted your blog? :( Hope you're ok? xx

Yes, I'm doing really well Jenny. It's time for me to move on though, now. I've spent the last 4 years in "TSW world" and it was almost like a full time job. The blog hasn't been deleted, but has been safely packed away in the blogger archives. Now my skin is better it was too hard to look at those old pictures and I didn't like the idea of them being up on the Internet forever for everyone to see. I'm taking a complete break from all things TSW for now, for the sake of my sanity! Hope you are ok too. I think of you often. We're all a bit battle weary, aren't we?

Hi Louise, glad to hear that you are doing well! Just wanted to say thank you for your commitment and time you spared for the TSW community, help and advice you gave to people so tirelessly. Wishing you all the best. xx

Hi louise,
I am going through the same situation as you were, I am addicted to steroid creams and want to discontinue it for forever. It's been three days but my skin started getting worst. It would be very helpful if you would continue your blog regarding the same so that we can get some really helpful information and can encourage myself to discontinue this permanently from my life.

Hi khushbu, thank you for your comments.

Unfortunately, as stated above, I have no plans to continue the blog in the immediate future as I have already devoted a great deal of time to the subject and now I am so much better I want to enjoy my life and family.

All I can say to encourage you was that in my case, TSW was well worth it and the results to my skin have been amazing. However I would also like to add that it is a long road and recovery can take several years. In my case it took about 4 years of TSW to get completely better.

If you want support the best place to go is the ITSAN website and forum. Best wishes to you x
